DELIVERY & RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the invoice date.

The original parcel and packaging of the product you will return must be intact. Unpackaged or damaged products are strictly non-refundable. You must send the invoice and warranty certificate along with the product you want to return.

If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping fee is covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. If the product is invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice for the product should be issued by the relevant company.
