ARTICLE 1 PARTIES
The parties to this Distance Selling Agreement are the buyer (“BUYER”) who places an order electronically and requests the sale and delivery of a product owned by Zayac Mehovoi Tekstil (“Zayac Mehovoi Tekstil” or “SELLER”) and Zayac Mehovoi Tekstil is .

ARTICLE 2 SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is that the BUYER electronically orders from the website of the SELLER under the domain name www.zayacmehovoi.com its application or all applications related to it (“Site”), and the qualification and sale price of which are indicated on the Site in time of order. This is a regulation of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on consumer protection (“Law No. 6502”) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 11.27.2014 on the sale and delivery of the product (“Product(s) )”).
ARTICLE 3 CONTRACTUAL PRODUCT AND PAYMENT
3.1. The type and type, quantity, make/model, essential qualities, color, selling price including all taxes, shipping costs and delivery information of the Goods are selected and approved by the BUYER and are also indicated on the Site. The responsibility for the choice of the product and its quality lies entirely with the BUYER.

3.3. The BUYER must provide payment information on the Site at the time of payment, and the BUYER accepts, represents and undertakes that the payment information provided is complete and complete. The invoice issued by the SELLER will be sent to the BUYER together with the purchased goods.
3.4. The payment method will be chosen by the BUYER at the time of payment.
